
Ziana Wilson Obituary, Death – The Wilson, Oklahoma, community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 20-year-old Ziana Wilson, who died following a tragic ATV crash Sunday morning in Ardmore.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just after midnight when a side-by-side ATV turned off Springdale Road onto a private drive. Investigators said the vehicle then left the roadway and struck a tree under circumstances that remain under investigation.

Wilson, who was a passenger in the ATV, suffered critical injuries in the impact. Emergency crews rushed to the scene and provided lifesaving care before she was airlifted to Medical City Hospital in Plano, Texas. Despite those efforts, Wilson was later pronounced dead.
The driver, Alexus Harris, 20, of Ardmore, sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene. Authorities later confirmed Harris was booked into the Carter County Jail at approximately 3:55 a.m. on May 17, 2026, in connection with the crash. She is facing multiple charges, including aggravated DUI (DUI with collision), reckless driving, transporting an open container of beer, and causing a collision resulting in great bodily injury.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the crash remains under active investigation as troopers continue working to determine all contributing factors that led to the collision.
