Born on August 6, 1985, in Lawton, Oklahoma, Alicia was the daughter of Bettye (Pulis) and Brian Mills. She was raised in Cache, where she attended Cache Public Schools and graduated in 2004. Her early years were marked by strong family ties and a caring nature that would later define her life’s path.
Alicia worked in several roles, including positions at Arby’s, Bar-S, and Pizza Hut, before pursuing her passion for helping others by earning her Certified Nursing Assistant certification from Southwest Technology Center in Altus. Her career reflected her compassionate spirit and dedication to caring for those in need.
Those who knew Alicia remember her as gentle, kind-hearted, and full of warmth. She had a deep love for her dogs, who brought her comfort and companionship, and she found joy in simple pleasures such as gardening, playing video games, solving puzzles, and spending time with family. She also had a special fondness for collecting owls, a hobby that brought her happiness.
Alicia’s bright smile and signature dimples left a lasting impression on everyone she met, and her loving nature made her a treasured presence in the lives of many.
She is survived by her parents, Bettye and Brian Mills of Cache; her brother, TJ (Melissa) Pulis; her nephews Tyler, Jordan, Evan, and Mason; her niece Lily; her cousins Alden and Eric Knighton; her paternal grandmother, Pat Miller; and a large extended family who will continue to cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Frank and Sandra Pulis; her maternal aunt, Deborah Knighton; and her paternal grandfather, Fred Mills.
As loved ones gather to celebrate her life, they hold onto the memories, love, and kindness Alicia shared so freely.
May Alicia Michelle Mills rest in peace, and may her family and friends find comfort and healing in the days ahead.
