Landon Faulkner Obituary, Death; The Hamilton County law enforcement community is in mourning following the sudden death of Landon Faulkner, 24, who was killed in a devastating crash Wednesday evening on Highway 111 in Tennessee.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the fatal collision occurred as Faulkner was driving a 2020 Ford Explorer southbound on Highway 111 near Sequatchie County when he struck a disabled vehicle stopped in the travel lane. The impact caused severe injuries, and he was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Authorities confirmed that the driver of the disabled vehicle, a 61-year-old man, was not injured in the crash. A preliminary report indicates that Landon Faulkner was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision. No charges have been filed as the investigation remains ongoing.
The crash has sent shockwaves through the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, where officials described his passing as a devastating loss to both the department and the community he served.
