Authorities report that Angelina was riding in an OHV with two other women when the vehicle struck a pothole, ejecting her from the vehicle. Emergency responders transported her to a Washington County medical facility, where she later succumbed to her injuries. The 20-year-old driver and another passenger suffered only minor bruises.
