According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, the fatal incident occurred Sunday night around 9:32 p.m. in the 1500 block of Pratt Whitney Road. Cole was driving a Volkswagen Jetta westbound when, for reasons still under investigation, the vehicle continued straight as the road curved. It left the roadway, entered a grassy shoulder, and struck multiple trees.

Emergency responders with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue arrived shortly after the crash, but despite their efforts, Chase Cole was pronounced dead at the scene at approximately 9:46 p.m.
Authorities confirmed that no other vehicles were involved and that impairment is not suspected to be a factor. Investigators are continuing to review speed, road conditions, and possible mechanical issues to determine what led to the crash.
