Ashanti Allen Obituary, Death; Authorities in Houston, Texas have confirmed the tragic death of Ashanti Allen, a 23-year-old woman who was approximately eight months pregnant at the time her body was discovered on April 16, 2026.
According to investigators, Allen had been reported missing after she was last seen on April 11 leaving her residence near McNee Road and Main Street. Family members grew concerned when they were unable to reach her and reported unusual communication prior to her disappearance.

Following several days of searching, authorities located her body near Chimney Rock Park. Responding officers confirmed she was deceased at the scene.
The Houston Police Department has identified 24-year-old Kevin Faux as a suspect in the case. Officials stated that Faux is the father of Allen’s unborn child and has been charged with murder in connection with her death. As of now, he is not in custody.
Authorities have not released additional details regarding the circumstances surrounding the killing as the investigation remains ongoing.
