
Jordiana L. Graves Obituary, Death; The community is mourning the passing of Jordiana “Jordi” Graves, 35, of Ashburnham, who died on April 11, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on November 29, 1990, to Kenneth and Kelli Graves, Jordiana grew up in Massachusetts and attended Ralph C. Mahar Regional School. She later built a career in the medical field, where she was known for her compassion and dedication to helping others.

Family and friends remember Jordiana as a vibrant and loving presence whose personality left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She had a deep passion for music, often spending her time attending live shows, writing lyrics, and expressing herself through poetry. Those close to her say music was one of the many ways she connected with the world around her.
Jordiana also found joy in life’s simple and meaningful moments—spending time with loved ones, enjoying evenings by the campfire, swimming in her family’s pool, and being outdoors surrounded by nature. She was also an animal lover throughout her life, caring for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. Her beloved dog, Paisley, was often by her side.
Loved ones describe her as someone with an infectious laugh and a bright smile that could light up any room. She was known for her kindness, her sense of humor, and her deep care for others, always wanting the people around her to be happy.
She is survived by her mother, Kelli Graves, and her brother, Zakari Graves. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Graves.
In accordance with her wishes, the family will hold a private celebration of her life.
