
FISHERS, Indiana — Hailey Paige Buzbee, a vibrant 17-year-old student and aspiring journalist, passed away in January 2026. Born on October 9, 2008, Hailey was known for her love of music, books, and spending cherished time with her family and friends.
A student at Hamilton Southeastern High School, Hailey also worked as a server at The Kitchen on Main in Fortville, where her warm personality left a lasting impression on coworkers and patrons alike. Though her time was brief, Hailey’s life was filled with purpose, joy, and kindness, touching the lives of those around her.

Hailey is survived by her father, Beau Buzbee; stepmother, Ronya Buzbee; sister, Sabriya Buzbee; mother, Lindsay Simmons; brother, Elijah Ratcliff; and extended family members who remember her sweet spirit and bright presence.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Hailey’s life at a service on Thursday, February 12, at 6:00 p.m. at ITOWN Church, 12491 East 136th Street, Fishers. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m., and guests are encouraged to wear Hailey’s favorite color, pink, in her honor.
