According to the Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office, the shooting occurred in the 200 block of East Dudley Drive at Waterside Park. Officers responded to reports of gunfire and arrived to find Geter suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead at 11:41 p.m.
