Those who worked alongside her remember her as someone who brought not only skill to her profession but also genuine empathy, treating every animal as if it were her own.
Beyond her work, Julie was a devoted wife to her husband, Mike Arone, and a loving mother to her children—Makenzie (Evan) Shields, Aidan Arone, and Isabella Arone. She was also a cherished daughter, sister, and extended family member, deeply connected to those around her and always present in moments that mattered.
In the wake of her passing, Julie’s family, in partnership with Indian Springs Veterinary Clinic, has established the “Julie Arone Guardian Angel Fund,” a heartfelt initiative aimed at helping pets and animals in need—an effort that reflects the very essence of who she was.
Friends and loved ones are invited to pay their respects during visitation on April 24 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Bowser Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc.. A blessing service will follow on Saturday at 9:30 a.m., with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, before her interment in the church cemetery.
