Investigators said Milohnic, a resident of Beacon, was riding on the track when he approached a jump and was thrown from his dirt bike. He sustained critical injuries upon impact.
Bystanders quickly rushed to his aid and began lifesaving efforts while emergency responders were en route. Despite their swift intervention and continued medical attempts, Milohnic was pronounced dead at the scene.
