Kay was the loving wife of Gerry O’Neill and a devoted mother to Gerard, Marie, Eamon, Dennis, and her late sons Tommy and Hugh. Her life was deeply rooted in family, where she found her greatest joy and purpose.

She was a cherished grandmother to Brendan, Seamus, Ryan, Niamh, Orla, Faye, Thomas, and Sean, and a doting great-grandmother to Carágh, Fréadh, Maisie, James, Olivia, Amelia, Romi, and Fiadhna. Her love and care extended across generations, leaving a lasting legacy within her family.
Those who knew Kay remember her as a warm and caring presence, someone whose kindness and strength touched everyone around her. Her passing has left a deep void, and she will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by her entire extended family circle.
Kay will be reposing at her home at 16 Rosehead Drive, where loved ones will gather to pay their respects and celebrate her life.
Her funeral will take place on Friday, April 17, with a service at Holy Cross Church, located on Crumlin Road in Belfast. Family, friends, and members of the community are invited to attend and honor her memory.
As her loved ones grieve this significant loss, they find comfort in the memories she leaves behind and the love she shared throughout her life.
