A sophomore at Teutopolis High School, John was admired by both peers and teachers for his character and positive attitude. Above all, he was a devoted son and brother who shared a strong and loving bond with his family.
He is survived by his parents, Neil and Carmen Breer; siblings, Cole, Lily, and Shane; grandmother, Donna Breer; and grandparents, Andrew and Connie Kerner, along with extended family members. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Paul Breer.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., with burial to follow at St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled earlier that day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home.
