
San Francisco and the East Bay music community are grieving the untimely death of Keonte Antonio Deshawn Woods, 31, who was fatally shot in the early hours of February 9, 2026.
According to police, the shooting occurred shortly after 2 a.m. on the 500 block of Harrison Street in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill neighborhood. Responding officers found Woods with an apparent gunshot wound and transported him to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
